Synthesis and Rearrangement of 2-(N-Methyl-N-nitroamino)-4-phenylthiazole

2-(N-Methyl-N-nitroamino)-4-phenylthiazole (5) was prepared and rearranged in aqueous dioxane under influence of sulphuric acid of various concentrations. 2-(N-Methylamino)- 5-nitro-4-phenylthiazole (6) was the only product up to 50% acid concentration. At higher acidities, significant amounts of nitro derivatives 3b and3c, substituted in benzene ring, were also formed. The result indicates that migration of the N-nitro group occurs on the intramolecular path, however, in concentrated sulphuric acid, formation of nitronium ion and ring nitration also takes place.

A spatial origin‐destination approach for the analysis of local tourism demand in Italy

The article assesses the competitiveness of tourist destinations, while accounting for spatial features of tourism and information on both the origin and the destination of tourists. Using a dynamic spatial panel data model with common factors within the origin-destination framework, it explores unilateral inbound tourism flows in 110 Italian regions from 23 European origin countries over the period 2004-2017. The estimation and test results confirm the need to consider this advanced spatial econometric model. Helena Radlińska była zasłużoną bohaterką “drugiej linii” podczas drugiej wojny światowej. Jej działalność była bardzo ważna dla cywilnego i wojskowego konspiracyjnego ruchu podziemnego. Organizowała konspiracyjne formy edukacyjne dla młodzieży i dorosłych, jak w szczególności kursy nauczycielskie, studia społeczne, kursy „mazurskie”. Wspomagała patriotyczną działalność wydawniczą, prowadziła badania naukowe, tworzyła i koordynowała sieci podziemnych powiązań społecznych. ResumenSiguiendo los fundamentos de la crítica como sabotaje, este ensayo analiza la novela de Élmer Mendoza, Cóbraselo caro, como un efecto performativo de la lectura de la novela de Juan Rulfo, Pedro Páramo. A través del estudio de las relaciones lingüísticas, temáticas y situacionales entre esas dos novelas, muestra que Cóbraselo caro, aun siendo un efecto performativo de Pedro Páramo, supone el auto-sabotaje de Élmer Mendoza en relación a buena parte de su narrativa. Liga Niepodległości Polski utworzona w 1944 r. stała się polityczną reprezentacją piłsudczyków na emigracji. Przywódcą ruchu został znany dyplomata Juliusz Łukasiewicz. W 1950 r. na stanowisku prezesa zastąpił go Michał Grażyński, były wieloletni wojewoda śląski. Siedzibą władz naczelnych LNP był Londyn, gdzie piłsudczycy wydawali powielany biuletyn „Listy z Londynu”, a następnie czasopismo „Za Wolność i Niepodległość”. The author takes steps to inscribe the critical project of The Inner World author into the congenial paradigm of the French thematic school (borders of empathy and identification, fascination and understanding, authenticity), and to pinpoint the basic ideas that Kornhauser’s critical thought circulates around (the issue of authenticity and identity of a poem persona and a critic).

The kinetic studies are reviewed on low-pressure polymerization of ethylene over two types of organovanadium catalysts, viz., MgCl 2(THF) 2/VCl 4/Et 2AlCl and MgCl 2(THF) 2VOCl 3Et 2AlCl, each deposited on a magnesium carrier. The polymerization rate was found to be directly related to the catalyst and monomer concentrations (Figs. 2 and 3), unless when the access of the monomer to the reactive V-C bond is restricted by diffusion. Polymer chain termination step was found to result from the reaction of the transfer onto the monomer and to be associated with the regeneration of the active site on which a new macromolecule can be formed.
